Halcyon Rehabilitation is excited to announce that we are expanding our services into Lawrenceville, GA! Beginning this October, Halcyon Rehabilitation will be back in the area, at North Gwinnett Extended Care Center.

This location is a 33,375-square-foot facility with nine private and 40 semi-private rooms, providing both sub-acute, short-stay services and intermediate, extended care.
