With Halcyon Rehab at home, patients can receive their medically necessary outpatient rehabilitation therapy services in the comfort and privacy of their homes. Our licensed and credentialed therapists travel to provide treatments to private residences, or rooms in an assisted living facility or independent living facility. TELETHERAPY is also available via a secure online video platform.
Our therapy is designed to meet physical, medical and psychosocial needs.

With a prescription from your physician, Halcyon Rehab at Home therapy staff will come directly to you to complete a comprehensive evaluation and develop a therapy treatment plan to meet your individual needs and increase your independence.
Unlike home health agencies covered under Medicare Part A, patients do not need to be homebound or qualify for skilled care. As long as a patient demonstrates medical necessity for Physical, Occupational and/or Speech therapy services, Halcyon Rehab at Home may be covered by Medicare Part B and other private insurance.
